Shipping policy

Shipping will be to the address registered with Shopify.

Your item will be packaged with care to make sure it does not get damaged during shipping. I use Australia Post's standard mail service to ship your order. All parcels are sent tracked while smaller items are sent untracked.

Please bear in mind that I am located in Australia, therefore your order can sometimes take 4-6 weeks to reach you once it has been sent. All the original artworks  are sent tracked. The tracking number is attached to the shipping notification I send you when I send your order. Feel free to log into the Australia Post website to follow your order to its final destination.

I am not responsible for any customs and import duties, or any other local postal requirements that is issued by your country. Any incurred charges must be paid by you, the recipient of the parcel, so please make yourself familiar with your local import laws and regulations.

Should your order not arrive after 6 weeks I will do everything I can to find it and will replace it if it is lost. In the case of your first order arriving while the replacement was on its way, I would expect you (and I would be very grateful) to not open the parcel and write 'return to sender' on it in order for it to make its way back to me undamaged.
