Replacement, returns and refunds
Because most of my items are handmade, I do not accept returns and refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
But sometimes mistakes and unforeseen problems happen. So if your order is damaged or faulty, or if an item is missing, please email me at friendsintheleaves@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order with a photo highlighting the issue.
I will endeavour to fix the issue in a timely manner, and you will not be held responsible for the extra shipping incurred.
Shipping refund
In the event of a shipping overcharge, I will always refund the extra cost you paid. The refund will be processed via the original payment method at the same time as your item is shipped.
